Job Summary
We need an Administrative Assistant who can hit the ground running, answer customer phone calls, describe our services, and provide all-around support to our team.
Responsibilities
- Support owner with day-to-day tasks of running the business
- Answer customer phone calls and manage customer inquiries
- Enter customer information into our field service management system as necessary (training provided)
- Help with getting quotes and completed work reports to customers
- Order parts from various manufacturers and vendors
Qualifications
- Self-starter, independent, efficient with clear communication skills
- Above-average computer abilities. Easily handle spreadsheets, experience with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel), email attachments and file organization, etc.
- Good-natured with extremely professional customer service skills
- Experience working with a team
- Honest, responsible, reliable, efficient, hard worker
- Prior administrative experience is a plus
